The opening day of the festival begins with our newest event-The Fleur de Verde Wine Train: a “french inspired” 4 hour train ride through the majestic Verde canyons, over rivers and through a mountain. Guests will learn the art of wine tasting during a master class while enjoying the sights of the breathtaking landscape outdoors. The beauty doesn’t stop there, Guests will be equally enchanted as they take in the fabulous scents of fresh flowers that will adorn their indoor car.
WILLY WONKA EXPERIMENTAL CHEF DINNER

Each year of the festival, organizers choose a literary work of art to inspire chefs to create very imaginable dishes. Last year we held The Mad Hatter Brunch to pay homage to Alice in Wonderland. This year we are holding the Willy Wonka Experimental Chef Dinner to celebrate the novel, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Chefs and mixologists will be asked to create wildly imaginative dishes and cocktails inspired by their own childhood memories of the novel for our 7 course meal. This is NOT a costume dinner but guests are encouraged to come dressed in a color reminiscent of what the characters in the film wore.

FLOWER, ART & CHOCOLATE WALK

Come to the breathtakingly picturesque town of Jerome and stroll the streets of the stilted ghost town while being captivated by the beauty of historic buildings adorned with fresh flowers at various locations throughout town. Participating wineries, galleries and shops will be displaying different works of art at their locations where florists will be creating floral arrangements inspired by chosen art pieces. Participating venues will be offering guests decadent chocolates while they vote for their favorite floral pieces.

Guests will set out on a enchanting adventure taking in the sights and scents of fresh flowers while sipping delicious Arizona wine and enjoying decadent culinary delights at several walkable locations scattered throughout Jerome.

PUPS IN PETALS FLOWER COMPETITION

Join us for this adorable floral competition where florists will be teamed up with local pups to adorn them with flowers to be photographed for the coffee table book the festival is creating.

Join us on Saturday night for A Taste of Venice Vintner Masquerade Dinner & Gala. Guests will enjoy a 7 course meal prepared by 7 distinct chefs offering decadent and rich dishes perfectly paired with Arizona wines. The night doesn’t end there as the Venetian Gala will begin to unfold at 10pm which will be filled with a multitude of epicurean surprises.
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH
LITTLE DAISY MANSION GRAND FOOD & WINE TASTING

On Sunday guests will be captivated to experience the festival’s “pièce de résistance”-the Little Daisy Mansion Grand Food & Wine Tasting with Marche Jerome, a quaint french-inspired art and flower market. This event is personally curated by the festival founders to include some of Arizona’s finest chefs, restaurants, winemakers, brewers, distilleries, mixologists and florists who will be bringing forward their top-tier dishes and drinks to surprise and titillate the palates of guests while florists will set up charming stalls offering breathtaking bouquets to purchase..
FLORAL & WILD CARD COCKTAIL COMPETITION

Join us for flower hour as mixologists unveil their floral cocktail concoctions to be judged. They are tasked with creating two cocktails. One, a floral cocktail that they will decorate and a WiLD CARD cocktail that florists will elaborately adorn with flowers. The winners from these competitions will also appear in the coffee table book the festival is creating.
THE GREAT CHEF TAKEOVER

As anyone who has visited Jerome knows, the town is filled with enchanting historic buildings and private residences. To celebrate the beauty of these treasures. we’ve decided to offer chefs a unique opportunity to takeover these venues and turn them into restaurants of their own making. They will name their restaurant and create the entire menu including cocktails. Every detail is in their hand. We are in the process of pairing the chefs with their new restaurants and will be announcing said pairings in mid February. This year we will be having 2 exciting Chef Takeovers.
